Soul Wellness Founder & Owner, Professional Counsellor, Certified Life Coach
I feel privileged to walk alongside people on their journey to self-discovery and empowerment.
As with any good therapist, I have walked the walk of self-discovery too and have spent most of my adult life unravelling my past, generational patterns and understanding my true worth and potential.
Like all humans, I have faced many challenges such as grief and loss, parenting difficulties, a relationship breakdown and breast cancer (now recovered!). I believe facing and addressing these struggles helps me to deeply connect to my clients, to be real and to look for the positives in our shared human experience.
My training and experience in social work and counselling has helped me to understand theories and techniques to help my clients. I share with my clients my professional experience and my authentic self to provide a unique and holistic counselling experience. I utilise a mix of theories drawing on narrative therapy, solution focused therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy and creative and yoga therapies.
I have called the South West of WA my home for over 20 years and absolutely love all that the area offers; however, I spent my early life and career living and working in remote and rural communities and have insights into the unique challenges faced by those living remotely. Thanks to technology, it is now possible for me to offer outreach services via Zoom and Telehealth, and I am passionate about reaching and helping these people who live outside the urban areas.
Most importantly, I deeply care about my clients and see the potential in every human heart, no matter the issues that are present. If you have any questions about my methods or would like to schedule a consultation, please get in touch today.

With a deep commitment to understanding each person’s unique journey, I bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion to my practice. I believe in the power of connection and the importance of recognising individual strengths, especially as people navigate life’s challenges.
Most of my work has been with teenagers facing worries in today’s fast-paced world, helping them build resilience and confidence. As a parent of four adult children, I’m also passionate about supporting families, acting as a conduit for collaboration, healing, and growth.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Family Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My background in trauma-informed practice is complemented by training in Schema Therapy, and I am currently integrating EMDR into my practice to help clients reprocess distressing memories, reduce stress, and move forward with clarity and strength.
Whether working with young people, parents, or families, I aim to create a safe and supportive space where people feel seen, heard, and valued.
